Shell Method

Hi

I have a macro that uses the Shell Method - Shell(“Dialer.exeâ€, 1) - to take
the phone number from Excel and place it in the MS Dialler and dial the
number.
However I use a non MS phone system on my Laptop, the calls are then made
via my internet connection.

Does anyone know how I would find out the correct syntax for specifying this
phone system. The name of the phone software is IP Office and the provider is
Avaya.

You should be able to do it by installing the IP Office TAPI driver
(available on the IP Office User Applications CD) and then making that
the default device for MS Dialler.
