Sharing personal folder

I have save the personal folder on Network Share Drive, the purpose to save
it on network drive is to share among the team, who have access to
network/share drive but only one person can access the personl folder at one
time. Is there any way to sahre the .pst folder which is network share drive.

Not natively. Also note that storing a pst-file on a networkshare is not
recommended or supported by Microsoft as the pst-file has never been
designed for this. Keep the pst-file locally and use the Microsoft pst
Backup Add-in to store a backup to the network.
