Sharing password?

How do I set a password to a shared folder on my
computer? Thanks for any help.

That was used in the DOS versions of Windows. In NT you specify the
Users access to the folder under the Security Tab. If you are using
FAT32 then you will need to switch to NTFS to enable the security.
 
under the sharing settings, hit permissions, remove the
everyone group, add just the user you would like to have
access and set their permissions accordingly.. you will
need to add/create the user through computer management.
