Sharing Folders

I have a few Windows 2000 pro machines that are not part
of a domain. Is there a way for me to allow Users and
Power Users to share folders on their computer?

Power users can create shares on the computer, but regular users can not.
Power users can also install most applications and create/manange regular
user accounts. --- Steve
