sharing folders on win2003 without joining domain

Hello, I am in a bit of an unusual situation where the users can't join
domain (company policy), but I would like there XP machines to have
access to shared folders on a Win2003 file server. How can this be
accomplished? Thanks, Jude

Create a user on the server with the same username and password the user
needing access to the folder uses to log onto their computer. Grant the user
permission to the share.
