Sharing folder for Limited users

In XP Home SP1, I have a folder that is shared for Administrative users
but not for Limited users.

Limited users have ACL permission to r & w the folder, but seem not to
have access to the Share tab.

Is there a simple way of sharing a folder between Limited users?

You can boot in Safe mode (press F8 while booting, and select this item
in the opened boot menu): then you'll see the Security tab in the files
properties, and can change the permissions there.

Or use the console CACLS utility. To get help of this program, run
(Start - Run..) CMD.EXE, type in the opened DOS window:

cacls /?

and press Enter.
