Sharing Files in windowsxp prof

I have a small network with 3 PC's but one computer cant share the files with
the others, when try to connect using my network places, i seen the PC, but
when
try to access i get the following msg: "//bart is not accessible. You might
not have permissions to use the network resource. contact the
administrator..... ", and in the
pc the files are sharing.

Use Windows XP Prof in the tree PCS, are allready install Service Pack 1,
not use a Firewall.

In a Workgroup network, you need to create identical user accounts and
passwords on all machines.
