sharing drives

I know that on some PC at some time I was able to share the c drive or d
drive by right clicking on them in explorer and selecting "sharing".
When I right click on these on my PC I don't get that option. Does
anyone know why? I'm running Windowns 2000.

Right click on the drive and then click on "properties".
Make sure that sharing is enabled.
