Sharing Documents and Programs

I'm sure this is probably XP101 but how can I set controls to make some
documents available between different accounts? Also, is there a way to make
programs available on some accounts and not others?

You can't share individual documents per se, but you can place them in a
folder which is shared - you already have one, it's called "Shared
Documents" funnily enough....
