sharing calendar's

I noticed several questions and responses to sharing
outlook calendars and have tried the suggestions.
Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful in being able to
share my outlook calendar with my colleagues calander
which is prohibiting us from our daily work.

We would greatly appreciate if someone could PLEASE
provide us with a step by step guide on how to
successfully complete the process.

I have outlook 2003!

You will need to first tell us whether you are using Exchange as your mail
server and, if so, whether you are working online against the server.
