Sharing Calendar with read/write permissions.

Me and my cities I.T. are going crazy from this issue

I work for a fire department. Our department, as well as the surrounding
departments would like to have one calendar (training) to share. There would
be about 5 or so people involved...2 that I am connected on microsoft
exchange and the others are across town. They each want to be able to add to
the calendar, and they want to view it only in their outlook.

I have created a Training Calendar. I published it and shared it. I gave
FULL permissions to everyone I shared it to. They can subscribe to the
calendar & view it in their outlook but it is read-only. We have done this
multiple times getting the same result.

How do you make it to where others can add to the calendar?!?

Are you publishing it to the internet? That is always read-only. Is giving
the outsiders access to an exchange public folder an option? They'd need an
acct on the server to create appointments though (unless you give anon
permissions, which I don't recommend).

Thank you for your response. Yes, I am publishing to Microsoft Office Live.
Even when I share the calendar with the 2 chiefs that are ON my server it
also doesn't let them add to it. I made sure that the permissions are set to
give them "read/write" full-permissions but its read-only for them.

What is the anon permissions?
