Shared Calendar won't update

We have office 2007 on exchange server 2003. One user wants to share his
calendar with the boss but for some reason the items won't update past
February. The boss can view everyone's up to date shared calendar in the
department but this one is just not working. The user can share his calendar
with other people and it shows the new updates but for some reason the boss's
computer just won't update. I checked the sharing permissions and I also
deleted the boss's profile and redid it. Would this be an issues on the
exchange server maybe?

is the boss caching the calendars? Look under more settings in the account
settings.

Try it with the option to cache shared folders disabled - see if that fixes
the problem.

Do you have all the latest outlook updates installed, especially on the
boss's computer?

We only have office SP1 and the outlook kb952142 patch. For some reason they
have decided not to deploy SP2 yet. Not sure if that would fix the problem.

How do I disable cache shared folders? If I redo the profile I can disable
the 'Use Cached Exchange Mode". Is that the same thing?
