sharing calanders...

Can anyone let me know how to share all our outlook
calanders? We run Outlook 2000 on windows XP and have 7
calanders, maybe 10 that we would like to share the
calanders of so we can book appointments with people. We
have two rooms that will need their own calander, and 5 -
8 people to book appointments into those rooms...

If anyone can help that would be fantastic!

i was looking into something similar, and i found two answers, depends on
the network. If it is a server based
then MS exchange server is the answer, if it is peer_to_peer network you may
need some other software like if i remember correctly www.workgroupshare.com
among others
let me know if this is of anygood.
of course you know that one solution is a lot more expensive than the other

We just switched to a Microsoft Exchange Server - if you

have that and are interested - reply back to my email and
I will be glad to walk you through the process
