shared resources questions

Yar1

I am trying tofigure out whether outlook can do what I need: I need to
manage/ schedule and share the calander of multipile (~15) resources, mostly
meeting rooms.
- Can I manage this calander and allow others to view different levels of
information based on permissions (just availability/ availability plus
customer name only/ availability plus full customer info) ?
- Can I filter views to see availability of only one/ all resources ?
- Can I create views/ reports that will show me future/ past resource usage
by customer type (based on keywords) ?
- Can I manage/ schedule resources and share calander without an exchange
server ?
- Can all of above be done on a hosted exchange service ? Will I typically
need to pay for each resource as an account ?

Thks in advance,
Yaron
