Sharing an Internet connection in a Domain

M

Matthew Marsh

Heres the situation

I have a 2 PC LAN. 1 Windows 2000 server (PDC, DNS, DHCP). The other is a XP
workstation with a ADSL connection. Windows wont allow me to use ICS because
of the DC.
Is there anyway to share my internet connection for both PCs without having
to buy a ADSL router?

Thanks
Matt

Hi,

instead of ICS, try configuring RRAS and NAT. See 310357 HOW TO: Configure
the NAT Service in Windows 2000
