Sharing a calendar between 2 different profiles?

In Outlook 2003, I have 2 profiles and am downloading 2 separate email
accounts, 1 into one profile, and 1 into the other. Is there anyway to share
a calendar or contact list between the 2 profiles? One of the accounts is on
an Exchange Server.

Just create a new pst file in one profile and open it in the other profile.
Since both are not running at the same time, you can access them from both.

not sure if i understand. i would like to be able to add calendar items and
have them display regardless of the profile that i am using. so i can enter
and delete items and they will also be reflected in the other calender from
the other profile.

with your way, i would have to open the .pst file each time i use th other
profile?

The PST file will keep in the profile until you delete it. Outlook is able
to handle as many PST files at the same time as you like. It will display
another tree in your folder tree also you can drop them into the Outlook
bar.
