How to synchronize calendars between 2 user profiles in Outlook

I have 2 separate user profiles on my pc, one for my personal account and one
for my work account. I would like to be able to see only 1 calendar though.
Is it possible to synchronise the calendar between 2 user profiles?
 
Possibly using an intermediate device or application. Using a Pocket PC
might work.

Note you can also use just one profile and use Categories and filtered views
to distinguish between Work and Personal.
