Sharepoing Designer 2007 FTP mode

SPD2007 uses as a default passive FTP mode when FTPing to a remote site. I
need to change the FTP mode to active (like FrontPage was). How do I do
this? There is link to change the FTP mode within SPD2007 remote site FTP
menu, but it just takes me to the main help page where a search turns up
nothing.

HELP!! I just want to change the FTP mode from passive to active.

In Internet Explorer:
Tools->Internet Options-Advanced Tag
Scroll down to "Use Passive FTP ..." and clear the box.

SPD uses the IE setting.
