shared subfolders in inbox

I am a new assistant. My boss gave me delegate rights to her outlook. I can
view everything but the subfolders & sent in her mail. From what I've seen
you need to set permissions on each and every subfolder and then to the
subfolders within those folders.

My boss has tons of folders - is there any way that we can easily do this
without going one by one? And what happens if she creates a new folder?
