Shared MSN calendar and Outlook 2007 w/outlook connector

Hello,

My wife and I have MSN premium accounts (through Qwest MSN is our ISP)
and we can both share our MSN calendars and see them online. My wife,
using Outlook 2003 and Outlook Connector can also see my shared MSN
calendar from within Outlook. However, in my Outlook 2007, I don't
have the link/button to "add a calendar" so that I can access her MSN
calendar from Outlook 2007.

Is this not available in Outlook 2007? Or is there some strange
configuration that I have failed to find over the past several weeks
of searching online for a solution to this?

By the way, yes. I do have the latest available version of Outlook
Connector installed.

I shudder to contemplate getting on the phone with MSN about it, but

Shameless Bump. I can't believe there's not a simple answer for this
we all keep missing.
