Cannot find Outlook Connector or MSN premium services

I would like to use Outlook 2003 and Hotmail together. I read that in
order to synchronise contacts and calendar between the two of them I
need to get Outlook Connector, which is available with an Outlook Live
subscription or MSN Premium subscription.

The website www.join.msn.com no longer has any details of the MSN
Premium, Outlook Live or Hotmail Plus services. Have they been
discontinued?

How do I get hold of Outlook Connector now that these seem to have
disappeared?
