Shared Meeting Locations

My office location has a shared conference room that we
each can schedule meetings in using Outlook (v. 2000). Is
there a way for us to see if the conference room is
already booked when we go to schedule a meeting?

Yes, if you created the conference room in the recommended fashion as a
mailbox, it will publish its free/busy times. See
