Shared files

I put some files on my laptop in my shared filesfolder. However, when I went
to view them the file name was changed to (P000289.jpg^). Therefore I can't
seem to open them with any program. Is there any way to fix this?

Try this.

Right click P000289.jpg^
Click Rename
Use your mouse to place your cursor to the right of the caret (^)
Hit your Backspace key so that it looks like: P000289.jpg
Hit your Enter key
