I have full owner permission to a coworkers inbox, sent
items, and deleted email boxes. I have set it up so I
can view it as a mail folder in my task bar however when
I select it to view I get the following message. "Unable
to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not
access the specified folder location."

I have been set up as a delegate as well as having full
permission.

I can view other email boxes I have permissions to but
not this one. This email box was created after
installing Outlook 2003. The others were created with
Outlook XP.

Double check the permissions.

To see the full mailbox in your folder list view, the mailbox owner needs to
grant the delegate at least 'reviewer' rights to the root of the other
mailbox in Outlook. Then in the delegate's Outlook, go to the properties of
the Exchange server service, advanced tab, and add the other mailbox there -
it will now show up in their folder list.
