Shared Documents Folder now called Documents

The Shared Documents folder under My Computer is now called Documents (from
its actual name in Documents and Settings\All Users). I know that others
have had this problem and the suggested fix is to recreate the appropriate
desktop.ini file in the problem directory and subdirectories.

I have added the following for each directory but the problem remains. I
know that the Shared Documents name changed when I redirected My Documents
to this folder but My Documents is now back to it's default directory. I
think this must be a registry problem as well as the desktop.ini file
problem. I have tried things like TweakUI but they don't fix it. Come on all
you MVPs, there must be a solution.

My apologies, after setting +R with the Attrib command this now works. I was
looking at the properties of the folders in Windows and the Read Only check
box was ticked and greyed but still active. Changing this to ticked and
non-greyed had no effect. What is this tick box supposed to do?

And the folders have to be read only.
