desktop.ini in explorer window pops up evreytime limited user logs on

I've two accounts on my windowsxp sp2, Me as admin and other as
user.Also i've

recently moved Mymusic folder into All users shared folder.Everytime i
log on as a

user account a notepad window pops up with the following text,i've set
its properties

as hidden also but it keeps poping everytime.
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787.
does somebody has a cure for this??
