User Accounts and desktop.ini..

[Guest]

Everytime one of the separate users (except for me Computer Administrator)
logs into his or her account even the guest account notepad pops up with the
Desktop.ini open showing this:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787


Does anyone have a fix for this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
