Shared Database Problem

I have a user accessing a networked shared database - and
when she tries to view/print a report, the date on the
footer of the page comes up #NAME? for her, but when the
person next to her views/prints out the report, it shows
the correct time and date. They are both using Access 97,
they have the same Service Releases on their machines,
they are accessing it from the exact same location. The
database that is being used is a mde file that neither one
of them have editing rights to. Is there a feature
somewhere that would need either turned on or off? Any
help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

PKM,
I ran into some problems like this through MS Office
2000. I went into the help of Microsoft Office 200 and
found the follwoing information:

Some functions display the error #NAME? instead of a value
in my spreadsheet.
Some of the spreadsheet functions available in the
Spreadsheet Component are provided through a separate
dynamic link library file, Msowcf.dll. If this file is
missing, then the functions display the #NAME? error value
when the spreadsheet is opened in a browser or a design
program. Search for Msowcf.dll on your computer, and if
it's missing, either reinstall Microsoft Office 2000 or
contact your system administrator.
* From Help section of Microsoft Office 2000.

I did this to my Office 2000 installation and it took care
of the problem. I have a feeling this is a problem you
are facing with one of your installations. It's not a
shared database deal. It's only happening to one of your
components. Anyway... hope this helps.
