shareaza not working

l have windows xp edition service pack 2 with norton security. l downloaded
shareaza music/video ok, but when l try to connect up nothing happens. At the
bottom of the page it says connecting but does not. Please could someone tell
me why this is,and how to get it connected. thanks

If you're using the SP-2 Windows Firewall, you may just need to add
Shareaza to the firewall's Exceptions list:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/security/internet/sp2_wfexceptions.mspx
