You can't share a modem per say. what you can do is creat
a new connection on the machine with the modem. then in
the properties box click on the sharing tab then enable
internet sharing then check enable on demand dialing.
Note this will make the computer with the modem a DHCP
server requireing all other computers to be configured.
also if you have another DHCP server on your network it
will eventually bring down the whole network
