Share an .xls via a website

I'm trying to share an Excel spreadsheet on a remote hosted website so two
people can modify and save the file as necessary. The server is Redhat
server running Apache 1.3.29, PHP 4.3.5. FP Extentions are not installed.
Anyone know of a way for me to be able to do this given that the FP Ext is
not an option?

Hi Marc,

I too am interested in sharing XLS files via a website, though have no
knowledge of Excel. Any help that u do recieve would be appreciated if
shared :)
