sgtray.exe hanging on XP shutdown

On a regular basis, I get a dialog box that prevents a
clean shutdown of XP. The box says program not
responding "sgtray.exe". If I end now, it's OK but
otherwise PC won't shutdown. Any suggestions. I have XP
pro w/all available updates.

Search the Internet for info on that program. It should then tell you what
it is.
