All of a sudden after changing my account password (something I do from time
to time) I start getting this error message. The only option is "Click OK to
continue."

Before anyone asks, I am not running Easy CD.

I have spent two hours trying to find information concerning this and have
found nothing.

If anyone can clear this up and tell me how to fix it without spending $35
per minute, I would be very appreciative.

NewScience,
thanks for the quick comeback. The answer to both questions is No.
I looked at the link you provided, also, but I don't have any of that.
I have AVGAntivirus and ZoneAlarm anti-spy, and have had for over a year;
however, this is the first time I've had this problem.

Search your C: drive for sgtray.exe and see where it is.

First check C:\Windows and C:\Windows\System32

If not found there, search entire drive(s)

When found, right click on the file, Properties | Version and look thru the
data in bottom window and see what it reports.
