Several Questions...but may need local freelance expert

Hello all,

I am new to this stuff. I am in the dallas area and have been working on a
website for many hours - in Frontpage2000. I went to the store to buy the
new Expression Web and nobody had it, and on a dial up it would have taken
10+ hours.

Here are some of my questions:

1. Can I make the content fixed, and page size adjust for different sizes
of browser windows? (I got rid of my frames and went with tables. Top
banner and bottom banner only.) When I open up the website in sample
browser, the entire site looks ok when the window is completely open on my
desktop. When I resize the desktop, the image doesnt resize with it.

2. When working in Frontpage, the navigation bar looks ok at the bottom of
every page, except ocassionally my second page doesn't show it. When I go to
folders view - it "sometimes" shows my #2 page as the index.htm.

3. My hover bottons with background pictures work in "preview mode", but
the links do not work in "normal mode". In web browser view they do not
appear at all except for the borders I put around them.

4. I have hyperlinks to pictures that open. Is there a way to have them
open to the exact size of the picture? Currently an entire page opens with
white background all around the picture.

5. How can I pre-set my website so that a page (or a table) will print out
and fit within an 8.5x11 sheet for people who need to print copies? I tried
printing and there are numerous page breaks "across" the document.

If anyone knows of a frontpage 2000 expert that lives near southlake texas,
I would be willing to pay them to come over and help me finish this thing up.

Thanks in advance for your help

Images do not resize in this situation. If they did, the would look
very ugly.
2. When working in Frontpage, the navigation bar looks ok at the bottom of
every page, except ocassionally my second page doesn't show it. When I go to
folders view - it "sometimes" shows my #2 page as the index.htm.

Please give a link to the problem page
3. My hover bottons with background pictures work in "preview mode", but

Hover buttons require a Java Virtual Machine inbstalled to see them in a
browser. Many (perhaps most) PCs do not have a JVM installed, so Hover
Buttons have become useless on the web. Best to avoid anything Java
(JavaScript is NOT Java, and will work in most browsers) and switch to
CSS or JavaScript image rollovers instead.
4. I have hyperlinks to pictures that open. Is there a way to have them
open to the exact size of the picture? Currently an entire page opens with
white background all around the picture.

Use a pop-up window to display the images. Pop-ups can be scaled to
exact dimensions.
Download Spawn from http://www.jimcosoftware.com which will create the
pop-ups.

Design the page so that it will display in a browser no wider that
620px.
This may mean using CSS to hide some of the document (left/right border
if you use them) to enable the sizing.
