How do I get my banner to shrink and expand for different monitor

Hello everyone,

I inserted a jpg that I would like to be the banner for my website. When I
get the picture to look good on my desktop webrowser, I go over to my laptop
(widescreen) and the picture ends up short in width. I was wondering if
there was a way to have the picture (banner) expand or shrink for different
web browser sizes? Thanks for the help!

No. Images shouldn't shrink or grow depending upon browser window size. An
image can't change size like a table or table cell can.

expanding/shrinking images for banners is an illusion created with pieces of
images and matching background colors...find one on a website you like and
open that site with FP and you'll see how it's done.
