Setup32.exe not found (Win 95 load)

After repartioning the hard drive to start over on an HP Pavillion, I could only start loading windows 95 with the floppy set. I got the following error

"The file 'setup32.exe' on Windows 95 Disk 21 could not be found.

Is this just the AOL setup

Can I fix this or bypass it

Hi, John. I'm not quite sure I understand your post. Are you trying to
reinstall Windows 95? This newsgroup is for help with the Windows XP
operating system. Perhaps you could repost if you are trying to do
something with XP and need help. Please be more descriptive about what
you are trying to do.
