Out Of memory when loading access 95 on Windows xp

Guest

Hi,

I have windows XP professional loaded on my system. I tried to load
Office 95 and after installation is done and I click on MSAccess.exe, I get
"out of memory" dialog box. My system is new and has 1GB of ram and approx.
80GB of harddisk.
There is an option on the start to load the setup using compatiability. I
used windows 95 compatiability and while loading ACCESS, it says MFC40.dll
cannot be registered. I renamed the existing dll to MFC40.BAK and again ran
the setup through the Wizard and now it says MFC40.dll cannot be registered.

Please guide. Your prompt response is highly appreciated

You would probably have better luck posting this question to a
Microsoft Office or Microsoft Access related newsgroup.

Good luck
