I have just purchased Pinnacle Studio 9 Plus (video editing program) but it
will not load. The initial screen appears but then installation stops. There
are no error messages. I have tried welcome.exe in the root directory and
setup.exe under SETUP but it never gets past the welcome screen. I emailed
Pinnacle support and they suggested I put the CD contents on my hard drive
and setup from there but the problem is the same. The Pinnacle phone support
line says I should check whether it loads on another computer which it does
yet I have no problem loading other programs on the original computer. Thanks
