setup for IE only

How can I setup a Windows 2000 system so that it can run Internet Explorer
and be able to print from IE and that's it. If someone tried to run a game
or notepad or anything else, it wouldn't let them...

Posted 'as is'. If there are any spelling and/or grammar mistakes, they
were a direct result of my fingers and brain not being synchronized or my
lack of caffeine.
