Setup error

When I install .NET framework SDK 1.1 on an Win2K sp2, I
get the following error:

Error 1335. The cabinet file '_87_cookdoc.msm' required
for the installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This
could indicate a network error, an error reading from the
CD-ROM, or a problem with the package.
******************

I have installed .NET framework 1.1 runtime. I can run the
same setup.exe on a different machine with no problems.
Both machines run Windows 2000 sp2. I am logged in as
administrator on both boxes.

Am I missing something????

If you install from a CD there maybe a hardware - fault.

I'm not installing from a CD. I downloaded the setup.exe
from Microsoft. I'm running the same setup.exe on both
machines.
