Setup Cannot run in Safemode Loop

Hi there,

I just recently attempted a Windows Repair via my Windows XP Pro CD.
Everything seemed to be going fine until the computer automatically rebooted
after the setup finished.
Now I get a "Setup Cannot run under safemode. Windows will reboot" error
every time I reboot! I cannot get out of this loop! My whole computer is
inaccessable which is very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated. The
only thing I seem to be able to access is the Windows recovery console off
the CD.

Please reply by e-mail if you can, otherwise I will check this thread when I
can...
