Settings went back to default

It shows the outlook 2003 went back to the default settings. I lost my
address book with all my contacts on it. I know the information is still on
my computer. Would you please help me so that I may be able to get all this
back?

My guess is that it's now gone, but you may want to post your question in an
Outlook newsgroup for a different opinion. This newsgroup is dedicated to
