Setting Up Windows Mail

I need assistance in setting up Windows Mail. I've tried, but can't figure
it out.
 
Windows Mail cannot access webmail accounts, like Hotmail.
Only POP & IMAP accounts.

Use the newer Windows Live Mail if you also want to access Hotmail.
