Are you logging into a domain ?
If this is a work PC then you can add domain groups to
your local machine Administrators group, hence giving the
users of this group Admin rights on your PC.
Right-click my computer and select Manage.
Expand the 'Local Users and Groups' folder
Click on Groups
Double click on Administrators group
Click on Add button
type name of group here.
If you are not logging onto a domain then the answer is
no.
