You'd probably be better off asking Roadrunner, for a few reasons:
1. We don't know what e-mail client you're using (Outlook? Outlook Express?)
2. We don't know where you live (your server names might be different
depending on your location)
3. This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
