Setting up Communities in Windows Mail

I clicked no on the Communities for using newsgroups in windows mail. Now I
can only set up regular newsgroups. I can't find a way to get back to the
original wizard which sets up communities to enable post ratings. Anyone know
how I might do this?

Do you still have "Microsoft Communities" showing in the left (folder) pane?
If so, double-click on it.
