Setting Up A Custom Action In Outlook Rules

How can I create a cusom action in RULES whereby I can foward messages
WITHOUT thier attacehments?
 
You would have to write VBA code to run from a "run a script rule" -- a
feature available only in Outlook 2002 or 2003. Which version do you have?
Are you up to writing code?
