setting reply msgs to HTML format

Guest

hello,
I have been through the options in Outlook 2002, I have been able to set
'New' messages so they are in HTML format, but whenever I click on 'reply' to
an email it appears in Plain text format. I want them both / all to open in
HTML.
can someone let me know how I do this?
Thanks

Gazst

That will not have the desired effect. It applies only to new messages. For replies and forwards, Outlook displays the format that the original sender used. Most senders appreciate that, but you can change the format for an individual open message using the OL2003 menu commands.

Hello Sue

That is fine in Office 2003 as you said. Is it the same in Office XP as the OP has posted. I do not have OffXP since Beta and that is how I remember it. Am I wrong here

I have a problem with the Normal Style (Outlook 2003)

I have modified the normal style so that the paragraph spacing is 0, and 0
(not Auto).

But, when I create a new msg using the Normal style, the paragraph spacing
is not 0,0 but Auto, which means big line spacing between paragraphs, not
what I want.

I've looked at the Normal style in Word and Outlook and in both, paragraph
spacing is 0 and 0. What is the problem?

Thanks.
RON
