Hi,

We have a Windows 2000 server that is not responding
correctly to some software which requires the Internet
access default to be set explicitly to Internet Explorer
and not to "use my current web browser".

This was set after installing Word 2003 and cant be reset
due to restrictions on the Windows 2000 server product.

Could someone tell me how to set it back the way it was,
using registry keys or third party software.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ray.

To programmatically set IE to be the default browser:
start > run > REGSVR32 /s /i shdocvw.dll
