Setting Outlook Default Accounts

I am looking for a simple way to push out a couple of default values. Within
our organization, we have a single exchange server and the account name for
our exchange server is the windows login name. We are trying to automate the
Outlook setup so a user can log on to any machine and have their email
without having a roaming profile. Is there any way to use a script or and
adm template to pushout these values? How can I pass in the servername and
an account name as %username%. Are these things possible? I am a capable
scripter if necessary and documentation for this is available. Thanks in
advance.

Use the tools in the Office Resource Kit to create a .prf file.
